Bowl Notes
Start here, without the guesswork
Bowl Notes is the education and resource arm of the Collective. In addition to our guides, will highlight federation resources that already exist, but lifters may not know about. The goal is simple: no lifter should be held back by not knowing where to start.
Federation Rulebook Guides
Request Guides, Report Errors, or Provide Resources
We do our best to provide accurate information, but the reality is that some rules are changed mid-year and we can’t always keep up with every federation, every day. Please let us know if there are errors so we can get them fixed.
If you have a guide that you want to see produced or have a guide you think could help, let us know!
